Payment Schedule & Thresholds

Advlume pays on a Net-60 schedule with a $100 minimum balance threshold. Identity verification (KYC) and a payment method on file are required before the first payout.

This article covers when Advlume pays publishers, the minimum balance required to trigger a payment, and what you need to do before your first payout.

Payment schedule

Advlume operates on a Net-60 payment schedule. Revenue earned in a given calendar month is paid out approximately 60 days after the end of that month. For example:

Earning monthPayment issued by
JanuaryEnd of March
FebruaryEnd of April
MarchEnd of May

The Net-60 window exists because demand partners (SSPs and DSPs) settle with Advlume on a similar lag. Advlume does not pay out revenue that has not yet been collected from the buyer side.

Minimum payout threshold

A payment is only issued when your account balance meets the minimum payout threshold of $100 USD. If your balance is below $100 at the end of a payment period, it rolls over to the next month and accumulates until the threshold is reached.

There is no cap on how long a balance can roll over. Balances do not expire.

Prerequisites for receiving payment

Two things must be completed before Advlume can release a payment to your account:

1. Identity verification (KYC)

Advlume is required to verify the identity of all publishers before processing payments, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Verification is handled through our integrated identity verification provider (Didit).

KYC status flows through the following states:

StatusMeaning
UnverifiedYou have not yet started identity verification. Ads can run but payouts are on hold.
PendingYour verification submission is being processed.
ReviewYour submission requires manual review by the Advlume compliance team.
ApprovedIdentity verified. Payouts can be processed.
DeclinedVerification was unsuccessful. Contact support for next steps.

To start verification, go to Settings → Identity Verification in your dashboard. The process typically takes 1–3 business days.

2. Payment method on file

You must add a payment method before a payout can be sent. Advlume supports PayPal and international bank transfers (wire). See Available Payment Methods for setup instructions.

What happens if a payment is delayed

Payments may be delayed in the following circumstances:

  • KYC not approved: All payouts are held until identity verification is complete.
  • No payment method on file: The payment cannot be sent without a destination account.
  • Balance below threshold: The balance rolls over automatically — no action needed.
  • Revenue adjustment in progress: If a demand partner has disputed impressions for the relevant period, payment for that month may be held until the dispute is resolved.
  • Sanctions screening: Advlume screens all publishers against international sanctions lists. Accounts flagged for review are placed on payment hold pending compliance review.

Payment currency

All payments are made in EURO. If your bank account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply their own conversion rate at the time of receipt. Advlume does not control the conversion rate or charge a conversion fee on our side.
