Understanding the Dashboard

A complete guide to every widget on the Advlume publisher dashboard — revenue charts, stat cards, live activity feed, and revenue-by-site table.

The Advlume dashboard is your at-a-glance view of earnings, traffic quality, and live activity across all your approved properties. This article walks through every section so you know exactly what each number means and where to go next.

Getting to the dashboard

Log in at advlume.com/login and you land on the dashboard automatically. It's also always reachable via the navigation. The URL is /dashboard.

If you see a "No reporting yet" banner instead of charts, your site is either still pending or hasn't served impressions through the Advlume tag yet. The rest of the UI is fully accessible — charts fill in as soon as data arrives.

Revenue trend (14-day chart)

The large chart on the left shows your estimated earnings for each of the last 14 days as a filled area curve. The period total in the top-right of the card is the sum of all 14 days.

  • Revenue is sourced from both Google Ad Manager reporting (GAM impressions × eCPM) and Prebid win data aggregated from our Bunny edge database.
  • Numbers are estimates until the end of the billing month — line items settle after invalid traffic filtering is applied.
  • The x-axis labels show every third day to avoid crowding; hover each data point for the exact date and amount.

Stat cards (Today · Yesterday · Last 7 days · MTD)

Below the chart you'll find four cards, each with the same structure:

FieldWhat it shows
RevenueEstimated gross earnings for the period in USD
eCPMEffective cost per thousand impressions — revenue ÷ impressions × 1,000. A key indicator of yield quality.
ImpressionsTotal ad impressions recorded for the period
Trend labelPercentage change vs. the equivalent prior period (green = up, amber = down). "Today" compares to yesterday; "Last 7 days" compares to the previous 7 days.

Live activity widget

The live panel in the middle of the dashboard connects to our real-time Socket.IO server and updates without page refresh. A pulsing teal dot means the socket is connected.

Active on sites

Shows how many visitors are currently on each of your domains, with a breakdown of the top 4 countries by flag emoji. These counts update every few seconds as new sessions arrive or expire.

Recent bids

A live feed of the 5 most recent winning bids across your inventory:

  • Teal dot — bid won (a Prebid bidder or AdX served the creative)
  • Bidder name — the DSP or SSP that submitted the winning bid (e.g. adformOpenRTB, adx)
  • Domain — which of your sites the impression was on
  • CPM — the floor-cleared CPM in USD that the bidder committed to

Bids flash briefly when they arrive. Click Full view → to open the dedicated live page with full history and per-slot breakdowns.

Revenue by site table

When at least one approved site has month-to-date revenue, a table appears listing every property with:

  • MTD Revenue — earnings from the 1st of the month to today
  • Last 30 days — rolling 30-day total, independent of calendar month
  • eCPM — MTD eCPM for that site
  • Impressions — MTD impression count
  • Report → — deep-links to the full per-site reporting page with hourly/daily granularity and bidder breakdowns

Quick actions panel

The card in the top-right gives you one-click access to:

  • Sites & ad units — your full inventory list (counts how many properties you have)
  • Account — profile and security settings
  • Product — links to the public feature page

What's not on the dashboard

A few things have their own dedicated pages rather than living on the overview:

  • Per-site hourly/bidder reporting — go to Sites → any site → Report, or click Report → in the revenue table
  • Payout history and balance — available under your account settings once KYC is complete
  • Ad unit management — go to Sites → any approved site → Ad units
