Terms of Service Summary

Plain-language summary of the key publisher obligations (own your sites, no artificial traffic, maintain ads.txt) and what Advlume commits to (revenue share, net-60 payments, accurate reporting).

This is a plain-language summary of the key obligations in the Advlume Publisher Terms of Service. It is not a legal document — the full Terms of Service governs your relationship with Advlume. Always read the full terms at advlume.com/terms.

What you agree to as a publisher

  • You own or control the sites you register. You represent that you have the right to monetise the sites you add to Advlume. Adding a site you don't own is a violation of the terms.
  • Your sites comply with the content policy. You are responsible for ensuring your sites do not publish prohibited content, including user-generated content in comments and forums.
  • You will not generate or facilitate artificial traffic or engagement. Incentivised clicks, traffic purchases from low-quality sources, auto-refresh hacks, and any other form of artificial impression inflation are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension without payment for the affected period.
  • You will maintain a valid ads.txt file. Failing to maintain a correct ads.txt that includes Advlume's authorised seller entry will be treated as a breach and may result in suspension.
  • You will complete identity verification (KYC). Payment cannot be made to unverified accounts. You must complete verification within 90 days of earning your first revenue, or earnings will be held.
  • You will not circumvent the platform. Attempting to bypass Advlume's ad serving infrastructure to extract demand partner relationships directly is prohibited.

What Advlume commits to

  • Revenue share: Advlume pays publishers the revenue share percentage specified in the dashboard. The split is fixed for the term of the agreement.
  • Payment schedule: Payments are made on a net-60 basis, subject to the minimum threshold being met. See Payment Schedule & Thresholds.
  • Accurate reporting: Revenue figures are reconciled with GAM data and corrected if errors are found. Advlume does not inflate or deflate reported numbers.
  • Notice before suspension: Except in cases of severe fraud or policy violations requiring immediate action, Advlume will provide notice and an opportunity to cure before suspending an account.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with 30 days' written notice. Earned revenue up to the termination date will be paid in accordance with the standard payment schedule, provided the account is in good standing. Accounts suspended for fraud forfeit any unpaid revenue attributable to the fraudulent activity.

Revenue disputes

If you believe there is an error in your reported revenue, you have 60 days from the date of a revenue report to raise a dispute. Contact support@advlume.com with the specific dates and discrepancies. Revenue data is reconciled with GAM API data, which is the definitive source of record.
